These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on www.barbarshop.nl, operated by Schoon Huis Breda (trading as BARBAR).
By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Products
BARBAR creates and sells natural soap, solid shampoo, conditioner bars, and related accessories.
All products are handmade in small batches; variations in colour, texture, or scent may occur. These variations are part of the artisanal nature of our products and do not affect quality or performance.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in euros (€), including VAT.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before completing your order.
Prices may change without notice, but such changes do not affect orders already placed.
4. Orders and payments
Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
We accept payments through Stripe, which supports major credit cards and secure online payment methods.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder or contact info@barbarshop.nl.
5. Shipping
Orders are shipped via DPD or PostNL within the Netherlands and selected EU countries.
Processing time: typically 1–3 business days after payment.
Delivery times vary by destination; delays may occur due to postal services or holidays.
Shipping rates and estimated times are shown at checkout.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link when available.
6. Returns & refunds
We want you to love your BARBAR products.
If you change your mind, you may return unopened, unused items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Please note:

For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-care products cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
To initiate a return, email info@barbarshop.nl with your order number.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned goods.
7. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Please include clear photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
8. Gift cards
BARBAR Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and may be redeemed only on www.barbarshop.nl.
Gift Cards cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or reissued after expiration.
9. Liability
While we take great care to ensure product safety and accuracy of information, BARBAR cannot be held responsible for:

Individual skin sensitivities or allergic reactions.

Misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow instructions.
All products are intended for external use only.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
10. Intellectual property
All content on www.barbarshop.nl, including text, product names, images, and packaging design, is the property of BARBAR (Schoon Huis Breda) and protected by copyright law.
Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.
11. Governing law
These Terms of Sale and all transactions are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes shall be handled by the competent court in The Netherlands.
