Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment.
All parcels are shipped via PostNL within the Netherlands and to selected international destinations.
You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Delays may occur during busy periods or due to customs in international deliveries.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase.
If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

• Soap bars and haircare bars cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons, unless the wrong item was sent or the product arrived damaged.

• Please contact us at info@barbarshop.nl within 7 days of delivery to resolve any issue with a product.

• Accessories (such as soap dishes) may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
